Terms of purchase
EARTHING ACADEMY AB makes the purchase easy, safe and free from unpleasant surprises. Below you see our complete terms of purchase.
Right of withdrawal for consumers and courses with a right of withdrawal specified
For courses that are advertised with a 14-day open purchase (right of withdrawal), such a right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase, unless we have stated that we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the course start date. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must in writing notify us before the right of withdrawal expires. We will refund your money within 1 week from the date you exercised your right of withdrawal. Refunds are made to the same account that the money originally came from. Other rights of withdrawal may apply in accordance with course-specific conditions. If you do not notify us before the right of withdrawal has expired, we will not be able to make a refund.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, and not to persons acting on behalf of a company or for commercial purposes. If you buy our courses / packages that deal with business concepts / marketing, we will consider that you are acting for commercial purposes.
Right of withdrawal for corporate customers: Courses, advice and membership services
Our membership services, courses and advice sold to corporate customers have no right of withdrawal unless this is stated by the seller or information about the right of withdrawal is provided during the purchase process / on the purchase page. Any right of withdrawal will only apply in accordance with the conditions stated on the purchase page or during the purchase process.
Guarantee
Any guarantees provided in connection with the purchase of the product can only be used when the conditions for the guarantee are met and when we have received written notice before the guarantee has expired. If you want to use a possible guarantee, we ask you to document that you have lived up to your obligations in relation to the agreement. When using the guarantee, all access to the course portal and associated services will be stopped when the course fee is refunded.
Card payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partners Paypal, Stripe and / or Simplero. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card purchases are free of charge. In the event that there is no cover for the agreed amount and payment is thus not made, the outstanding amount will be forwarded to invoice and debt collection.
Partial payment and installment
An agreement on purchases made in installments, whether oral or written, is to be regarded as binding and payment must be made in full before the deadline has expired. If payment is not received by us within the agreed time, the outstanding amount will be sent on to invoicing and debt collection.
Sales to minors
If you have not yet turned 18, you must have the parent's approval before you can order anything from us.

Terms of use of the portal's content
You buy access to the portal's content during the course period EARTHING ACADEMY AB 's products are copyrighted. The product is for personal and non-commercial use.
You may not use the product or the material available in the product in such a way that it violates our rights, or in any other way that is not approved by EARTHING ACADEMY AB . You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create related works, use or distribute any of the materials from the product in any way or through any medium (including e-mail and other electronic transmission methods). Copying, sharing or uploading of product files on websites is considered theft, and will be reported to the extent permitted by law.
However, you may download and / or print a copy of individual pages on the website for personal and non-commercial use, provided that the copyright and ownership are not infringed.
EARTHING ACADEMY AB offers individual course programs. In connection with the registration, you will receive a username and password as well as a member profile that you can use during the course and in the private member portal. If you want to take the course together with a colleague or partner, you must both buy the course individually. If you want an assistant or an entire group to attend the course, membership must be purchased for each individual participant.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy, and must insist that you respect the privacy of other course members as well. There is thus a mutual duty of confidentiality. We respect your confidential and secret information, ideas, plans and trade secrets. By purchasing this product, you agree to show other course participants, representatives of EARTHING ACADEMY AB and employees of its partners the same consideration.
You are welcome to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. However, all experiences or statements from other participants and the EARTHING ACADEMY AB team must be kept strictly confidential.
Security and personal data
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted, in other words completely secure. INSPIRO guarantees that we will never disclose your personal data or your e-mail address to third parties, unless there are special reasons for this, such as when requested by the police, prosecutor or the like. You have the right to access the information we have registered about you, and if you believe it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or deletion from our customer register. You can do this by contacting our customer service.
Disclaimer
EARTHING ACADEMY AB and our partners release us from all claims for damages connected to our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals or other content. We have done everything in our power to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own success and results as a result of your participation in the Course. We cannot guarantee income or results. You, and only you, are responsible for your actions, and your results depend on individual factors, such as your skills, knowledge, ability, commitment, enterprise, network and financial situation, to name a few.
Delays and canceled courses
EARTHING ACADEMY AB reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course as a result of factors beyond EARTHING ACADEMY AB 's control. If the course is postponed by EARTHING ACADEMY AB, course participants will be offered a place at a later date.
Limitation and Liability
By purchasing this product, you agree to use the company's services at your own risk and that the program is an educational service. You hold the company and its employees, its partners and its partners' employees harmless for any damages that may occur and from any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties. You accept all risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable.
No public denigration
In the event that a dispute should arise between you and the Company, you agree that the sole venue for resolution of such dispute shall be communications between you and the Company. You agree that you will not act, or communicate with any third party, publicly or privately, in such a manner as to bring the Company into public disrepute.
The agreement
This Agreement is not assignable by either party.
Termination
By purchasing this product, you agree that EARTHING ACADEMY AB may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, terminate or terminate the customer's participation in the program without refund of the course fee if the customer causes disruption to the company or other course participants. This also applies in the event of a breach of the terms of the agreement.
Dispute
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the dispute in relation to this agreement will be referred to mediation or the court.
Notice
Notice of any dispute left by one of the parties to the other can be communicated either by delivery in person or by post, registered or certified with signature. Such notice shall be sent to the addresses shown below.
Force majeure
If EARTHING ACADEMY AB or its partners encounter such obstacles that they cannot deliver or carry out redelivery - or if such delivery obligation leads to unreasonable work effort as a result of a strike or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military summonses of a corresponding scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, rebellion or riot, lack of means of transport, general lack of supply of goods, limited access to fuel and electricity, as well as in the event of a lack of or delay in deliveries from subcontractors or producers as a result of the above points, EARTHING ACADEMY AB is not held responsible except in complaint cases where EARTHING ACADEMY AB refunds the purchase price for the item that could not be delivered.
